About

Renaissance Tower is a historic condo building located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. With a height of six stories, it is one of the earliest of the multi-story high-rise apartment buildings in Indianapolis. Constructed in 1922 by the E.G. Spink Company as the 70 unit Spink-Jefferson Apartment Hotel, it is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

In 2005, Renaissance Tower was converted to condominium units and is no longer a commercial hotel/apartment building. As condominium units, each owner is now responsible for their own unit while the exterior and common use areas are managed by the Renaissance Tower Owners Association.
